Job summary

The University of Oslo invites applications for 1-2 full-time Postdoctoral Fellow positions affiliated with CREATE and CEMO. The roles focus on methodological and psychometric research within strand 3 and involve a combination of research and teaching duties.

Successful candidates will work on advanced quantitative methods, including IRT, SEM, and meta-analytic techniques, contributing to international large-scale education data studies.

Qualifications

• Fluent oral and written English communication.
• PhD in social/behavioural sciences, statistics, or computer science.
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis with R or Python.
• Fit to one of the three listed research areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced methodological and psychometric research.
• Develop and evaluate statistical methods and software.
• Engage with CREATE/CEMO research strands and publish findings.
