University of Oslo invites applications for 1–2 full-time Postdoctoral Fellows in Educational Measurement affiliated with CREATE and CEMO. The positions run for three to four years and include 10% teaching duties with a possible extension to four years and 25% teaching/supervision.

The aim is to build a research profile enabling progression toward an associate professorship. The work emphasizes advanced methodological and psychometric research in educational measurement, with focus areas

Competenze

• Degree equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree in social/behavioral sciences, statistics, or computer science, applying advanced quantitative methods.
• Fluent oral and written English communication.
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis in R, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Fit to one of the three research areas listed (a–c)

Mansioni

• Conduct advanced methodological and psychometric research.
• Develop novel methods and software tailored to CREATE data.
