Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics or computational biology required.
• Strong background in statistics, data mining and machine learning.
• Experience with shell scripting, R and Python.
• Experience in big data analysis and software/tool development.
• Knowledge of sequencing data analysis (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, Hi-C) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a biophysically interpretable ML framework for cancer genomics.
• Integrate TF–DNA interactions, epigenetic features and 3D genome data.
• Validate predictions on cancer genomes and publish findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and mentor students.
