YO AI Labs is seeking Polish bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on Polish language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Polish audio content, assess linguistic quality, and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

No prior AI experience required. Strong Polish skills, English communication, and attention to detail are essential as you work remotely and deliver evaluations within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish (spoken and written).
• B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback.
• Provide explanations and justifications for decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve Polish-language AI models.
• Complete assigned audio reviews accurately and on time.
• Maintain consistent quality across evaluations.
