Job summary

Anchor Conzult Limited is seeking experienced Platform Engineers to design, build and operate cloud-native platforms in Oslo with a focus on scalable infrastructure and automated pipelines.

You will collaborate with Cloud, Development and Security teams to enable secure software delivery, support migrations, and drive observability and performance improvements in a Nordic context. Hybrid and flexible working models are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building modern cloud-native platforms.
• Proficient in IaC, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on with container platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud platforms for enterprise-scale environments.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure and container platforms.
• Build and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for secure, efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Development and Security teams to improve platform reliability.
• Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• Improve observability, monitoring and system performance.
• Champion DevSecOps principles and platform engineering best practice.
