Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Developer Platform & Infrastructure team in Oslo. You will build and maintain internal platforms, automation, and tooling to help engineers develop, validate, and ship autonomous systems quickly and reliably.

The role focuses on creating robust engineering environments, improving developer experience, and collaborating directly with engineers to reduce friction.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python or another modern programming language.
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or engineering infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal platforms, automation, and developer tooling used by engineering teams.
• Improve developer experience by shortening feedback loops and smoothing workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to reduce friction and raise reliability, scalability, and quality of production systems.
