Job summary

Innofiber as in Fredrikstad, Norway, is seeking a team leader for the lamination and assembly department. The successful candidate will guide a growing workforce and drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality composite manufacturing.

An ideal applicant has hands-on experience with wet layup of glass and carbon fibers, vacuum infusion, LRTM, and prepregs (out of autoclave), and ideally experience with CNC, SMC and PCM. EU citizenship or a Norwegian work permit is required.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a team leader for our lamination and assembly department, in Fredrikstad, Norway.

The ideal individual has experience with high quality composite manufacturing, reporting and project implementation.

You have experience with wet layup of glass-, carbon- and other fibers, as well as experience with vacuum infusion, LRTM, prepreg(out of autoclave) and idealy experience with CNC, SMC(Sheet Moulding Compound) and PCM(Prepreg Compression Moulding).

EU citizenship or a Norwegian work permit is an absolute requirement.
