Job summary

Innofiber as in Fredrikstad, Norway, is seeking a team leader for the lamination and assembly department. The successful candidate will guide a growing workforce and drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality composite manufacturing.

An ideal applicant has hands-on experience with wet layup of glass and carbon fibers, vacuum infusion, LRTM, and prepregs (out of autoclave), and ideally experience with CNC, SMC and PCM. EU citizenship or a Norwegian work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality composite manufacturing.
• Hands-on wet layup of glass and carbon fibers.
• Knowledge of vacuum infusion, LRTM and prepregs (OC).
• Ideally experience with CNC, SMC and PCM.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
