Job summary

CTS Group in Norway is seeking a Planner to assist in creating and updating project schedules, monitor daily progress, and support reporting to project leads.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, with 1–5 years’ experience in construction or engineering planning. You are detail-oriented, organized, and can work well under guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating project schedules.

What You’ll Do

You’re Looking For

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. You have experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering projects, are detail-oriented, organized, and can work well under guidance in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of project scheduling and construction workflows
• Familiarity with planning tools and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
