Job summary

CTS Group in Norway is seeking a Planner to assist in creating and updating project schedules, monitor daily progress, and support reporting to project leads.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, with 1–5 years’ experience in construction or engineering planning. You are detail-oriented, organized, and can work well under guidance in a fast-paced environment.

• 1–5 years of experience in supporting project planning in construction or engineering.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to follow guidance in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating project schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and report deviations.
• Coordinate between project teams and update planning tools.
• Maintain logs and track progress against plans.
• Identify risks to timelines and report them.
• Prepare regular progress updates for project leads.
