Job summary

Catch Resource Management seeks an experienced EPM Consultant to implement Pigment and other EPM solutions for diverse clients. You will work remotely with teams across industries to design, config and optimise planning, budgeting and reporting processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Pigment or similar EPM platforms, data modelling skills, and strong English communication to manage stakeholders and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pigment or other EPM platforms (Anaplan, OneStream, Board, Oracle EPM, etc.).
• Strong planning and analysis knowledge in FP&A or supply chain context.
• Data modelling and BI principles applied to planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while handling multiple projects.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Pigment EPM solutions for clients.
• Advise on best practices using subject matter knowledge.
• Lead workshops and training to drive user adoption.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

Our client, an international Pigment EPM consultancy are looking for a EPM Consultant to join their growing team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions for their clients. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to implement and optimise Pigment’s EPM platform, ensuring seamless integration with their planning and analytics processes.

Candidates must have previous Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream, Board, Jedox, Oracle, Tagetik or other EPM experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working with EPM tools (Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream, Board, Oracle EPM etc.)
• Strong planning & analysis knowledge, in either FP&A or supply chain management.
• Experience with data modelling and business intelligence (BI) concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data transformation is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Other local languages are a plus).

Main Responsibilities:
