Job summary

University of Oslo is seeking a First Stage Researcher (R1) in Medical sciences to conduct wet-lab 3D genomics experiments and analyze sequencing data. You will contribute to studies on lamin mutations and spatial genome organization using patient-derived cells.

Responsibilities

• Carry out wet-lab 3D genomics experiments and analyze data in context of additional datasets (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, protein interactome).
• Perform advanced computational analyses to investigate the impact of lamin mutations on spatial genome organization in lipodystrophy patient-derived cells.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of cell biologists and bioinformaticians in the Division of Biochemistry at the Department of Molecular Medicine.
