Job summary

NTNU is inviting applications for up to two PhD research fellow positions within the Department of Psychology. The roles focus on pursuing doctoral studies while gaining research experience in a supportive environment in Trondheim.

You will complete doctoral education, conduct high-quality psychological research, publish findings, and participate in international conferences and exchanges. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written English required.
• Admission to the faculty's Doctoral Programme is required.
• Master's degree in psychology with a major independent project (min 30 ECTS) is required.
• Good academic standing or documented exceptional suitability will be considered for weaker backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete doctoral education until obtaining a doctorate.
• Carry out high-quality research within the described framework.
• Publish academic works and disseminate science to the public.
• Participate in international conferences and research stays at partner institutions.
• Engage in career-promoting activities and other duties as assigned.
