Job summary

University of Utah Health seeks a System Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician II to support warehouse operations across the Main Hospital, Clinics and Mail Order. You will assist pharmacists, manage large-volume supplies, and help maintain automated robotic systems.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating narcotics, and ensuring accurate preparation, pricing, and delivery of pharmaceuticals while adhering to department policies.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Pharmacy Technician licensure required.
• At least 6 months experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to operate automated robotic systems and associated software.

Responsibilities

• Assists the pharmacist in advanced tasks associated with patient care.
• Effectively manages large scale supplies of the department.
• Troubleshoots the automated robotic systems used for the request and delivery of pharmaceutical products in the warehouse.
• Problem solves operational issues within the department and organization related to the medication use process.
• Assists in education and training of staff and other trainees.
