We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a part-time basis in Alta Norway As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and customer requests

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake different types of bread pastries and other baked goods
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are presented attractively
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product taste and appearance
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders answering questions and fulfilling special requests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Culinary school or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery or restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques measurements ingredients equipment etc
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays if needed

Salary

The salary for this part-time position is 1500$ per month
