Professional Baker – City Oslo Norway

A renowned bakery in Oslo, Norway is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and quality standards.
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods using traditional techniques and equipment.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking.
• Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings, icings or fillings as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and tools.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored for freshness.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan production schedules and tasks.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop.
• Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugars, fats, eggs, dairy products etc.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
