Lee County Parks & Recreation Department is seeking reliable part‑time athletic site supervisors for athletic seasons. Supervisors open and close facilities, enforce rules, and maintain a safe, clean environment for staff, participants, and spectators.
Shifts are on weekends and weekday evenings from 5:30 PM–9:00 PM. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a NC criminal background check. Pre‑employment drug screening and fingerprinting are required.

The Lee County Parks & Recreation Department is currently seeking reliable and responsible individuals for part-time athletic site supervisors for athletic seasons. In this role, supervisors are responsible for opening and closing facilities for scheduled athletic events. They ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and secure throughout their use. Supervisors are expected to remain on-site for the entire duration of events, to enforce facility rules, and to maintain and ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment for staff, participants, and spectators. Supervisors will report scores and operate the score board and/or score clock. Additional responsibilities include turning lights on and off as needed and picking up trash. Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills, as supervisors serve as the main point of contact between patrons and the Parks & Recreation Department. Applicants must be available any time on the weekends and weekday evenings from 5:30 PM- 9:00 PM. All work is performed under the direction of the Athletic Supervisor.
