Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS seeks an experienced Automation- Cyber Security professional to design and secure OT networks for onshore and offshore projects. You will lead security-focused engineering, testing, and risk assessment across large network infrastructures.

Qualifications include 5+ years in OT security, knowledge of ICS/SCADA, and proficiency with Purdue Model, NIST CSF, IEC62443, and related protocols (Modbus, Profibus, IEC61850, OPC UA). English and Norwegian are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years in OT security engineering for large network infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA and OT security.
• Experience with Purdue Model, NIST CSF, IEC62443 and industry standards.
• Experience with design and testing of industrial networks and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define design of network infrastructure and ensure OT security compliance.
• Participate in FAT testing and verification of configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and other devices.
• Support suppliers and vendors with Self-Assessment Templates.
• Perform risk assessment of supplier packages per IEC62443 and CSF.
• Interface with other disciplines, suppliers, contractors, and client.
