Akkodis Norway AS is seeking an experienced OT Security Engineer to shape and protect large-scale OT network infrastructure in Stavanger. You will work hands-on with critical systems, champion cyber security standards, and collaborate with top professionals to safeguard assets.

Your background includes 5+ years in OT security, expertise in network design and security controls, and familiarity with industrial protocols and Purdue/NIST frameworks. A degree and relevant certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in OT security focusing on the design, configuration, and support of large network infrastructures.
• Experience with industrial protocols and OT cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and defend OT network infrastructures per security specs.
• Implement IDS, firewalls, access control, and segmentation.
• Participate in FAT testing of switches, routers, firewalls, and more.
• Collaborate with vendors on Cyber Security Self-Assessment Templates.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments per IEC62443.
• Lead RVA sessions to identify OT threats.
• Interface with suppliers, disciplines, contractors, and clients.
