• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Native or fluent in Norwegian.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff according to their skills and availability.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high standards.
