Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a Helpdesk Agent for on-site IT support in Oslo. You will handle first- and second-line incidents, manage IT assets, and assist with onboarding and offboarding of users and devices.

Ideal candidates have experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian, Entra ID, Intune, Slack, and Ubiquiti, and are fluent in English. This temporary assignment runs from 2 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an application deadline of 28 October 2026.

• Experience handling IT incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support by registering, prioritising, handling, and following up on incidents and service requests.
• Deliver second-line support by troubleshooting software, hardware, network, and access-related issues.
• Manage IT assets, including stock control and inventory tracking.
• Administer users and devices, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support IT purchasing, supplier coordination, and software licence administration.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams or stakeholders when necessary.
