Qualifications

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Fluent in English and Norwegian or another Scandinavian language.
• Strong digital skills and quick learner of new systems.
• Flexible with rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
• Experience in hotels, travel, customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and delivering smooth check-in and check-out.
• Answering guest inquiries by phone and digital channels.
• Handling reservations and cashier responsibilities.
• Following up VIP guests and special requests.
• Promoting hotel facilities and Radisson Rewards.
• Supporting a seamless guest journey with other departments.
• Contributing to upselling and department goals.
• Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
