Accenture Oslo seeks Consultants and Managers to help clients reinvent their finance functions through strategy, operating models, process improvement and AI-driven analytics.

You will contribute to or lead workstreams across finance transformation, ERP implementations and data-enabled decision support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical outcomes. Formación

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for Consultant level or at least 5 years for Manager level.
• Experience ideally gained at a Big Four or comparable strategy/management consultancy with exposure to finance transformation, finance operating models, process improvement, Global Business Services, shared services or corporate finance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Experience working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Manager candidates should also demonstrate experience leading teams or workstreams.
• A collaborative working style, curiosity and willingness to learn across finance topics and industries.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to proposals, sales and account development
• Interest in how technology, data, analytics, automation and AI are changing finance.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present clearly in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Support analysis, solution development, workshops, stakeholder engagement and delivery.
• Take ownership of defined activities and contribute to proposals and practice initiatives.
• Lead workstreams or projects, manage client relationships, guide teams, assure delivery quality, contribute to sales and proposals, and coach junior colleagues.
