Job summary

Accenture Oslo is seeking Consultants and Managers to join our Finance Strategy & Consulting team. You will work with clients to reinvent their finance functions, combining finance expertise, consulting skills and technology to deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.

You will contribute to or lead workstreams across finance transformation, operating model design, process improvement, performance management, digitalisation, data and AI, while building trusted client relationships and growing our

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
3+ years for Consultant or 5+ years for Manager.
Experience in finance transformation, operating models, process improvement and GBS/shared services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations.
Fluent in Norwegian and English; able to facilitate meetings in both languages.

Responsibilities

Design and implement target operating models, governance structures and transformation roadmaps.
Improve end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
Lead workstreams, manage client relationships and contribute to sales and proposals.
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to growth of the Norway finance practice.
