Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Oslo seeks an experienced Quality Manager to own quality across a major data centre development. Based in the Oslo office, you will lead the project quality strategy, working with design, engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure every package meets required standards.

You will establish robust quality systems from early design through construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Strong quality management experience within construction or engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing project quality systems.
• Understanding of construction documentation and handover requirements.
• Construction/engineering or quality-related qualification.
• Willingness to relocate and work from Oslo office.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the project quality management plan.
• Establishing quality procedures, standards and reporting systems.
• Coordinating quality requirements across CSA, MEP and specialist packages.
• Reviewing inspection and test plans, method statements and technical submissions.
• Managing snagging, handover records and final quality documentation.
