Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience with CNC machines is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform basic repairs on production equipment including CNC machines.
• Manufacture and machine components per specs and drawings.
• Perform quality inspections and document accordingly.
• Contribute to efficient operations and continuous production improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure safe, stable production.

What You'll Do – Your Mission

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and carrying out basic repairs on production equipment, including CNC machines
• Manufacturing and machining technical components according to specifications and technical drawings
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with applicable requirements
• Contributing to efficient operations and the continuous improvement of production processes
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and stable production

What You Bring:

• Vocational certificate/trade qualification in a mechanical discipline (e.g. CNC Operator, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent)
• Experience with CNC machines and/or machining is an advantage
• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
• Good technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good IT skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good Norwegian and/or English language skills

Preferred:

• Technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of sealing products and services.
