Job description

Kahoot! is on a mission to make learning awesome. As our Operations Manager, Solutions, you will be the "glue" between our School, Work, and Home business segments. This is a high-impact role designed for a structured, strategic operator who can turn complex commercial visions into reality. You will ensure that our "needle-mover" initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with our global strategy, and — most importantly — delivering massive value to our millions of users worldwide.

This role is primarily based in Oslo (we consider applicants from Copenhagen as well), and will report to the Chief Solutions Officer in Oslo.

About the role

In this role, you will move between high-level strategy and granular execution, reporting directly to the CSO. Your core responsibilities include:

Strategic Initiative Orchestration
  • Drive the "Needle-Movers": Partner with the CSO and Segment Owners to identify and execute top-priority commercial initiatives.
  • Roadmap Mastery: Define clear goals, milestones, and delivery frameworks to ensure initiatives move from concept to launch seamlessly.
  • Data-Driven Logic: Infuse the development process with market trends and customer data to ensure we are building what the world needs next.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
  • The Central Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Tech).
  • Sync & Solve: Ensure all teams are aligned on timelines and dependencies, proactively identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
Voice of the Customer (VoC) & Advisory
  • Insight Synthesis: Manage the flow of feedback from global users, distilling complex data into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
  • Advisory Boards: Partner with Work and School segment leaders to facilitate Customer Advisory Boards, ensuring our biggest customers have a direct seat at the table.
Performance & Iteration
  • Post-Launch Analysis: Work with internal data teams to track the success of new solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use real-world performance data and user sentiment to iterate on commercial strategies and future product decisions.
Who you are
  • The SaaS Veteran: 5+ years of experience in Commercial Product Development, Project Management, or Management Consulting, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Ed-Tech Savvy: A deep understanding of the Ed-Tech landscape, with experience navigating the needs of diverse users—from district leaders and teachers to corporate HR professionals and IT admins.
Your Toolkit
  • Leadership Presence: You can lead without formal authority, influencing top management and cross-functional teams toward a shared goal.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You listen with empathy and negotiate with clarity. You can translate "tech-speak" into "business-speak" and vice versa.
  • The "Zoom" Ability: You are highly organized and detail-oriented but never lose sight of the "Big Picture" strategy.
Work Style
  • Agile & Collaborative: You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, and you maintain a results-driven mindset throughout.
  • Curious & Analytical: You don't just report data; you seek to understand the "why" behind it.
