Maersk in Grimstad is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our customer support center. You will be part of daily operations, act as ambassador for our company to customers and participants, and support various local administrative tasks.

Are you our new Operations Coordinator at our center in Grimstad? We Offer Operation Coordinator is a part of the Norwegian Customer support and also hold various local administrative support responsibilities and operational tasks

We are looking for A positive and service-minded person who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a great customer experience. Structured and organized, comfortable handling several tasks at the same time, and able to prioritize when things get busy. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and are comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Experience from customer service, administration, booking, course coordination or similar roles would be an advantage. Relevant education within administration, customer service, business or a related field is beneficial, but relevant experience and the right personal qualities can compensate for formal education. Good digital skills and be comfortable learning new systems. As you will communicate with both Norwegian and international customers and colleagues, good written and spoken Norwegian and English is important. Most importantly, someone who is reliable, solution-oriented, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping both customers and colleagues.
