Mavenir is hiring for a senior OpenShift/SDN engineer to join our global team. You will work on Openshift environments, contribute to architectural discussions, and guide teams across OpenShift components while handling complex network outages.
Requires deep SDN experience, strong Linux skills, and virtualization knowledge. You will collaborate with customers worldwide and participate in deployment planning and execution in a telco-grade setting.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Telecom
- 4+ years in cloud computing
- EU citizenship and NATO clearance required
- Deep OpenShift & SDN experience essential
- Strong Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) knowledge
- Experience with virtualization (vSphere, Xen, KVM) and OpenStack/OpenShift
Responsibilities
- Add new Openshift projects and write blueprints
- Participate in architectural discussions
- Guide team on Openshift components and solutions
- Handle network outages with rapid resolution
- Collaborate with customers and onsite teams globally
- Coordinate with partner vendors on issues
