Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of materials from suppliers to production schedules, ensuring accurate handling and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires experience in oil and gas or related industries and relevant logistics certifications.

Proficiency with Oracle ERP and forklift operations is preferred, with strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience in Oil & Gas or another relevant industrial warehouse environment.
Valid Forklift Certificate covering T1, T2 and T4.
Proficiency with Oracle ERP is advantageous.
Overhead Crane G11 certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintaining an efficient flow of materials and warehouse goods.
Handling materials in accordance with agreements and procedures.
Picking, packing and marking goods per statutory requirements and Baker Hughes policies.
Coordinating material movements to support production schedules.
Carrying out warehouse and material transactions within the Oracle ERP system.
