Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Planner to define and maintain complex project schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery. You will coordinate with multiple functions to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and deliver critical project milestones.

The role requires strong planning discipline, CPM knowledge, and experience with Primavera P6. You will drive schedule quality, reporting, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, PM, Business, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience in project planning, controls, scheduling, or operations planning.
• Experience in subsea, oil and gas, energy, or large-scale project environments.
• Knowledge of CPM, baseline management, forecasting, and milestone management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and reporting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and delivery.
• Ensure schedule quality and alignment with scope and milestones.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, materials management, and project management functions.
• Collaborate with project managers and execution teams to support on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Produce short-term and long-term project lookaheads providing visibility into upcoming activities, milestones, constraints, and priorities.
• Analyze project progress and performance while ensuring schedules reflect status and forecasted outcomes.
• Support tendering, project execution, and project closeout activities through planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, scheduling tools, and reporting methodologies.
