- Demonstrating proficiency across logging and well intervention service lines.
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and development of junior engineers and field personnel.
- Participating in training programs to enhance technical competency.
- Preparing, controlling, and maintaining equipment for logging and intervention operations.
- Liaising with customer representatives to ensure successful execution and communication.
- Reporting HSE observations and equipment issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining competency portfolios and training records.
