Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an established iGaming company in Malta, providing night-shift friendly, multichannel support to players.

You will handle live chat and email inquiries in Norwegian and English, assist with KYC, document processing, and payments, and escalate complex cases to specialized departments as needed. Relocation support and private health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support experience (chat/email).
• Native-level Norwegian and professional English fluency.
• Willingness to work night shifts with high focus.
• Experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.
• Calm, structured communication style and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support (live chat and email) in Norwegian and English.
• Manage player verification (KYC), documents, and payment queries.
• Identify and escalate Responsible Gaming and suspicious behavior.
• Troubleshoot account issues and provide structured solutions.
• Escalate complex cases toFraud, VIP, or Payments as needed.
