You will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience. Responsibilities include handling live chat and email inquiries, assisting with account management, and investigating account issues. Ideal candidates will have prior customer support experience and a preference for night shifts. This position offers a competitive salary and relocation support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer support (Chat/Email based).
• Genuinely prefer working night shifts and can maintain high focus during evening hours.
• Previous experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle live chat and email inquiries in your native language and English.
• Assist with player verification (KYC), document processing, and payment queries.
• Identify and escalate Responsible Gaming situations and suspicious behavior.
• Investigate account issues and provide structured solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized departments.

Skills

Native-level fluency in Norwegian

Professional fluency in English
