Job summary

Jenny Sallberg is seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor for long-term construction projects in Norway. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring work aligns with plans, schedules and quality standards.

Fluency in Norwegian is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and a company car is provided when working across multiple projects in the Lørenskog-Oslo area; accommodation can be arranged if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar in construction.
• Ability to work independently and assume project responsibility.
• Fluent in Norwegian.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, schedules, and quality standards
• Manage and support construction teams and subcontractors
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Use digital drawings and project documentation through the Dalux app
• Communicate effectively with project management and other stakeholders
