Job summary

WORKSHOP is seeking motivated and reliable construction helpers for a long-term project in Bergen. Provide general assistance on construction sites, support skilled workers, and maintain safety and workflow. Prior experience preferred; good English or Norwegian required; able to work at heights and in a team.

All necessary tools, work clothes, and safety equipment are provided, with good and competitive hourly rates and stable working conditions on offer.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in construction
• Roof work experience is an advantage, but not required
• Very good English or Norwegian language skills
• Comfortable with physical work and working at heights

Responsibilities

• General assistance on construction sites
• Supporting skilled workers with daily tasks
• Working at heights when required (must be comfortable with this)
