Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical, analytical, or problem-solving role.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, multi-turn conversations that reflect everyday interactions between people and AI assistants.
• Simulate both sides of the exchange, including the assistant's reasoning and tool usage when needed.
• Decide when digital tools should be used, ensuring interactions follow a clear and logical flow.
• Develop dialogue samples that demonstrate: smooth completion of realistic tasks, recognition of limitations when tasks are impossible, natural, human-like conversation when no tools are required.
• Consistently apply internal guidelines to keep outputs accurate and high-quality.
• Revise and refine examples based on feedback, focusing on clarity and realism.
• Work with peers to ensure consistency and alignment across all deliverables.
