About the Project

We are working on an initiative that supports the development of next-generation AI systems by creating data that helps train and evaluate advanced language models. As an AI Trainer, you will design lifelike interactions that showcase how virtual assistants can reason, use digital tools, and respond naturally to user needs. Your work will directly shape how AI assistants handle real-world tasks - whether scheduling a meeting, navigating directions, or responding to open-ended questions - by building conversations that feel authentic, practical, and engaging. The job is part-time: 20 hours/ week.
