You will test model responses, document failures with reproducible traces, and contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation metric improvements. A Master’s or PhD is ideal; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bokmål and Nynorsk; dialects welcome.
• Experience with evaluating language models and prompt engineering.
