Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Team Leader to guide a team of Field Service Engineers across Norway. You will ensure safe, efficient UPS installation and commissioning, providing technical leadership and coaching while collaborating with project teams and customers.

You will drive resource planning, develop leadership capabilities, and act as the primary escalation point for customers, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requires suitable vocational electrical education and a degree in electrical engineering is advantageous.
Experience leading Field Service Engineers and coordinating installation/commissioning projects.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Norway.
Oversee UPS installation & commissioning activities with focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and optimize field service resources to meet project schedules.
Coach and mentor engineers; support onboarding and development.
Support project planning, customer engagement, and successful project execution.
