Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management within Norway.
• Degree or vocational certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and ticketing/inventory tools.
• Solid grasp of Norwegian import/export regulations, IncoTerms, and customs documentation requirements.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills and professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international freight to Oslo headquarters and regional sites.
• Issue purchase orders, review supplier confirmations, track delivery dates, and follow up on delays.
• Serve as daily contact for logistics providers, local vendors, and service contractors; evaluate performance.
