Recharge is seeking a Head of Sites & Partners Norway to lead the Norwegian team and end-to-end site and network strategy in a mature EV market. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will drive complex partnerships, portfolio optimization and capital allocation across Norway.

You will lead a small team with growth potential, collaborate across functions and with key partners, and help shape Recharge's growth in the Nordics' leading EV charging market.

Formación

• Several years of experience in senior commercial roles.
• Experience with people leadership.
• Academic degree in business, engineering, or economics.
• Advanced language skills in Nordic languages and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Norwegian Sites & Partners team and manage strategic partnerships.
• Own the financial performance of the Norwegian site portfolio and recognize growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a Norway-specific site and network strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Drive partnerships, negotiations and portfolio optimization across legacy and new sites.
• Collaborate with investment, operations, pricing, product and sales teams and key partners across Norway.
