Job summary

Hive is seeking a Founding Account Executive for the Nordics to sell Hive’s supervised autonomy to heavy machinery customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. You will start by building a Nordic pipeline, leveraging dealer networks and expanding accounts from one site to many machines.

You will lead complex negotiations with site managers, HSE, finance, IT and executives, learning the solution deeply without a pre-sales team, and travel heavily to customers and sites.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating new markets or regions.
• History of meeting or beating quota.
• Experience selling conceptual solutions with a business case.

Responsibilities

• Build the Nordic market and pipeline through outbound and existing opportunities.
• Own the deal end to end from first conversation to first machine on site.
• Grow accounts by expanding to new sites and machines across the Nordics.
• Write the Nordic sales playbook for future hires.
