Job summary
Food Folk Nordic Development seeks an Architectural Technologist & Project Coordinator to support restaurant development and remodeling across the Nordic region. You will create technical drawings, optimize layouts, and coordinate projects to deliver practical solutions that improve operations.
The role blends hands-on technical drawing with stakeholder management, requiring collaboration with Development Managers, Operations teams, consultants, and franchisees across Nordic markets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology, Building Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Experience producing technical drawings and documentation packages.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain technical drawings for new and existing restaurants using ArchiCAD.
- Develop layout proposals for remodels, conversions, and operating improvements.
- Translate operational requirements into optimal spatial and functional solutions.
- Coordinate drawing packages with external consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables across Nordic projects.
