• Experience leading a team of architects and coordinating with consultants/contractors.
• Willing to relocate to Bergen.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen Norway As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and project management with excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Oversee all phases of project delivery including site analysis design development construction drawings and construction administration
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Ensure compliance with building codes zoning laws environmental regulations and other legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
• Strong understanding of building materials construction techniques and building codes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
• Experience leading a team of architects and coordinating with consultantscontractors
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to relocate to Bergen if not already located there

Salary

The salary for this position is $1100 per month

In addition to the salary we also provide accommodation for our employees

We also offer relocation assistance for candidates who are not currently located in Bergen
