Better Being Co. is hiring an Operations Manager – Logistics & Distribution, Nordic to lead and coordinate Norway and Sweden logistics, distribution, and inventory operations.

You will oversee warehouse activities, inbound/outbound shipments, and master data, partnering with local teams and global supply chain functions to ensure product availability and compliance. You will develop reporting, monitor stock levels and replenishment, support new product launches, and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience coordinating inventory planning, replenishment, inbound logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of import, customs, and related logistics documentation requirements.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, inventory, or related systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and locations.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Supervisory or coordinating employees preferred.
• Ability to develop, document, and improve operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage logistics and distribution activities for Norway and Sweden.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, open orders, and shipment status to identify risks.
• Coordinate inbound air and ocean shipments, including documentation and customs.
• Maintain inventory controls for Norwegian imports and bonded-warehouse activities.
• Maintain inventory visibility across warehouse locations in systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and support cycle counts and traceability.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting and tools.
• Partner with local and global teams to forecast and replenish.
• Coordinate master data maintenance for products, customers, warehouses, pricing.
• Support product launches and lifecycle changes with logistics readiness.
• Document and standardize processes; identify improvements.
• Support system implementations, training, and adoption.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues and support business needs.
• Perform other related duties.
