If Insurance is seeking a seasoned leader to shape and govern Nordic content management and visibility. You will build a scalable, customer-centric content lifecycle and drive AI-enabled discovery across digital channels.

You will lead a Nordic capability with Chapter Leaders, ensuring alignment with market needs, governance standards, and measurable performance improvements for the customer journey and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital leadership and leading content, web or digital experience teams across multiple markets.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams through other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own Nordic content management & visibility strategy and governance.
• Develop and implement lifecycle processes for content across markets.
• Lead cross-market alignment with local Chapter Leaders and stakeholders.
• Leverage data/insights to improve performance and customer experience.
• Enable responsible use of AI in content creation and optimization.
