Job summary

Siemens AG in Norway seeks a Business Controller who blends finance with business impact, digital transformation, and the green transition. You will partner with the Business Unit Head, lead finance, accounting, controlling and governance, and drive performance across the value chain.

You will collaborate with the Nordic finance community and support sales, tender, and project activities while ensuring strong financial oversight and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in finance, controlling, accounting and business administration.
• Ability to translate financial insight into clear priorities and practical decisions.
• Experience with project-based businesses, tender processes and cross-border operations is valuable.
• Excellent English communication; Norwegian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to the Business Unit Head and leadership team.
• Manage finance, accounting, controlling, and business administration activities.
• Drive forecasting, reporting, performance management and governance.
• Support sales, tender, bid and project activities with a commercial and financial perspective.
• Collaborate across the Nordic organization and with headquarters.
