Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Levies and Garnishments Coordinator to ensure flawless processing of legal orders and meet service levels. This onsite/back-office role requires night shift availability and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will mentor peers, resolve escalations, and provide expert guidance while handling outbound checks and mailbox responses in a fast-paced environment. Background in banking operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years college level education or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years in a call center environment or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Self-manage workflow and solve problems to meet service levels.
• Serve as SME on legal processes and ensure compliance.
• Process bank levies, garnishments and restraints end-to-end.
• Ensure accuracy and high quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow and direct work of others, including reporting needs.
