Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Coordinator, HR - Payroll in Alabang (96050), Philippines. You will assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day payroll operations, meet standards and achieve goals in the HR/payroll function, working with HRIS and payroll systems to keep data accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related HR experience, a college degree, and is amenable to a hybrid setup with a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Preferably college degree.
• At least 2 years HR-related experience.
• Experience in hybrid work setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist, manage and ensure day-to-day HR/payroll operations.
• Review and audit payroll calculations and ensure timely submission.
• Lead payroll processing with minimal supervision.
• Handle end-to-end Timekeeping and Payroll administration.
• Analyze HRIS & Payroll interfacing results and suggest solutions.
• Prepare Gross to Net analyses and payroll-related reports.
• Address associate queries on payroll/timekeeping via case management.
